Club Information

The USNMC is the parent club with the AKC. The USNMC has a lot to offer the mastino lover and fancier. One can find information ranging from health concerns, local shows, past National winners, network with other mastino owners and how to locate a breeder. A newcomer to the breed can find the breed standard, browse pictures of mastinos from around the world, and meet a diverse group of mastino lovers who share the common interest of raising, training, breeding and competing.

The USNMC sees the need to take a more proactive role in protecting the rights of dog ownership and strives to stay informed on current dog legislation. The Neogram is the club magazine which offers current articles from the club committees, show wins, brags, and advertisements.

Committees In the interest of our mantra - Education, Participation and Communication - a board member has been designated as a "liaison" for the purpose of communication and as a source of guidance for each committee. Board Meeting Minutes The Board of Directors of the USNMC meets once a month - usually on the second Sunday of each month. The Secretary of the Club records the minutes for each meeting and these minutes are shared here for the benefit of our members. ~ Read More ~	How To Support the USNMC Like any organization, money is needed to keep the United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club in operation. The USNMC National Specialty is held once a year - usually in April or May. This event is an AKC dog show in various parts of the United States which showcases our beautiful breed, the Neapolitan Mastiff. Moneys to operate this show are expended each year and the USNMC has to constantly replenish these moneys to keep this event going. What can YOU do to help? ~ Read More ~
